We are members of all the major lender’s conveyancing panels, which means that you will have no duplicate costs and will not have to rely on any third party solicitors. We have good relationships with local estate agents and work hard to ensure speedy progress.
We are clear about our fees, and don’t complicate things by adding extras to your bill for work which is standard, such as checking your identity.
